Birth Doula Support $1400

Included in the Doula Package:

*Initial Interview (always free)
​
*Text/E-mail & Phone support through birth and postpartum weeks
​
*Prenatal visit to go over plans, wishes and get to know you and your family
​​
*On-call availability from 38 weeks until birth of your baby
​
*Constant support and presence during active labor and birth. A back-up doula is available in the event of an
unforeseen illness or emergency.
​
*A month of post-partum follow-up support. This can include lactation support, a home visit & talking through your birth.
​
*Childbirth classes – attendance at any of my childbirth classes (Included in Doula Support)

Childbirth Education
$300
Included in the Childbirth Class:
(Note: This class does qualify for the required Childbirth Class for the Birth Center of Bloomington/Normal and a certificate of completion available upon request)

*Four weekly in-person classes (8 hours total instruction)

*Student workbook (Plum Tree Baby Curriculum)

*Classes in Bloomington, IL (virtual option available if needed)

*Information on pregnancy, nutrition, exercise, comfort measures in labor, relaxation, unexpected situations, birth planning, newborn care, breastfeeding & more
